Business performance through competence
I have run several series of action-learning Masterclasses on competence-based approaches to recruitment, training, reward and retention.
Although the original events were specifically designed for groups of smaller organisations with shared issues, I have also run similar single-company workshops tailored to the needs of larger organisations.
